This course covers effective caseload management skills. You’ll learn how to set realistic targets, identify deadlines, and overcome the difficulties associated with long-term casework.

You’ll learn how to overcome issues around shared work on case files, the importance of note taking, and the effective closure of cases.

  • working towards outcomes and case closure
