About the course

 

Course Aim

During the course, you will learn how to lead safety efforts, manage cases, work with other groups, and check how well safety work is being done. You will also learn about the latest laws, how to handle complaints about staff, and how to apply strong safety rules in your workplace.

After finishing the course, you will get a Level 4 Safeguarding qualification that lasts for one year and meets the needed standards for these complex roles.

To take the course, you must already have a relevant Safeguarding qualification (DSL or Safeguarding Manager) and experience in a senior role.

The course is approved by Skills for Care and meets Ofsted standard.

Course Objectives

Level 4 Safeguarding Training is an advanced course for professionals who have important roles in protecting adults at risk. The course is aimed at people who handle complex cases and help with safeguarding assessments.

Participants will learn important skills to lead safety practices, handle tricky issues, plan policies, and guide others. You will be at the forefront of creating practical solutions to safeguarding issues within your workplace and environment.
