Our Members

Appointed the UK’s National Seafarers’ Welfare Board (NSWB) by the Maritime Coastguard Agency (MCA) in 2021, MNWB’s mission is to improve the lives of seafarers and fishers by raising welfare standards and provision across the industry.

We aim to do this by working in collaboration with our Constituent Members and stakeholders, and by being the representative voice for the welfare of Merchant Navy and fishing communities in the UK.

MNWB offers two categories of membership, both of which are free to join – Constituent Membership and Associate Membership.
